In perioada torida a verii, organismul pierde o cantitate mai mare de apa si risca sa se deshidrateze. Pentru a mentine un echilibru si o stare de sanatate permanenta, ar trebui sa consumam aproximativ 6-8 cani, echivalentul a 1,5 2 litri, din diverse lichide pe parcursul intregii zile. Cafeaua solubila contribuie la cantitatea zilnica de fluide de care are nevoie corpul nostru pentru a fi hidratat.
