Analiza a fost realizata tinandu-se cont de varsta participantelor, de factorii de aparitie a bolilor cardiovasculare si de variabilele de dieta si s-a demonstrat ca femeile care consuma in jur de cinci cani de cafea pe saptamana au cu 32% sanse mai putine de a face infarct in comparatie cu cele care consuma mai putina cafea.
O cana de cafea are efecte pentru starea mentala si de spirit si nu are efecte negative asupra sanatatii cardiovasculare.
Este un lucru de tinut minte, de fiecare data cand savurezi o cana de cafea solubila NESCAFÉ, un lucru simplu, dar atat de benefic!
